Mr.erik marvin was referred by my realtor Debbie Kruis,he came HIGHLY recommended, but he was NOT very professional!!!He wasted my time by coming to my home,assessing my needs.Then I never heard from him again, NO ESTIMATE, NO RETURN CALLS,THEN FINALLY 4 MONTHS LATER,ALOT OF EXCUSES. I cannot comment on his work,but as far as I am concerned, IT STARTS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, PERIOD!!!!!If I were you I wouldn't waste your time!!!
