One thing I dislike about Manta is these reviews have no year. I have used Eric as well as recommended him to friends and family. I have personally seen three jobs that he has completed and did a beautiful job. He was always early, kept up great communication and finished on time and on budget. He was not bumped from the BBB he was approached by another company and shut his business down for a while because I tried to get him for more work. I'm glad he's back up and running because I'm going to use him for more things here. He's a very good business and is licensed and insured for each job. I don't think some people know what they're talking about. As for me, I highly recommend.

Do NOT recommend. Eric Sisson is revoked by the BBB, unlicensed and uninsured. Eric Sisson construction just makes excuses and do not complete the job. Eric will just take your down deposit, do very little work and RUN! Consumer beware.

Steer clear of this company and the owner Eric Sisson. Despite his claims, he is unlicensed, uninsured, and his accredition with the BBB was revoked. He is a talented builder, but he is a horrible business man. He bids low prices for jobs and promises a quick turnaround. Once he gets the job, all he has is excuses and is constantly looking for more money. Even worse, he is consistently late and disorganized, which makes the project take much longer than promised. I wouldn't recommend him.
