Code Unlimited provides fire protection, accessibility, and building code consulting services to architects, engineers and owners. We are a certified Emerging Small Business and a Minority Business Enterprise. Past project types include a balance of existing buildings, new construction, and historical buildings. Since inception our clients, markets, and services continue to grow but the core philosophy remains unchanged – credible advice by industry experts, efficiently delivered, and clearly communicated. Our goal is to create innovative solutions that exceed the objectives and aspirations of our customers. We consistently deliver results and clearly communicate with our customers throughout the project duration. Our fire protection engineers, code analysts and project coordinators work with the architect, engineer or owners to understand the project objectives, applicable code requirements, and the proposed design. Based on this we develop a code compliance path best suited for the project and guide the design team to successful permit approvals and ultimately certificate of occupancy. The final goal is code compliant facilities that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, easy to build, and inexpensive to maintain over the life of the facility. This is the reason for repeat customers and sustained growth. We serve a broad range of markets including – Aviation, Commercial, Educational, Healthcare, Legal, Manufacturing, Public Sector, Residential, Sports and Recreation.
