Owner is rude and has no idea what the meaning of customer service is. Apparently he thinks that there's nowhere else around the area that tows vehicles. Even if he was the only company in the area, I would rather go out of the area and pay more money to a company that actually acts like they want to do business instead of one with an owner that continuously talks down to people that are trying to give his company money!
