This guy is a crook watch out. I now have heard of two separate stories that are beyond terrible. Mine was also a bad experience. He evicted us after we had an agreement to replace windows in spring... once spring cam and we asked him to honor his commitment he served us with a 30 days notice and then fought us for our security deposit. Mind you this place was an absolute dump and we had invested our own money in making it more livable and nice. Worst rental experience and I’ve been renting for 10+ years.
