Before getting this house I was told that the trees would be cut down and then after buying the house then I was told no. There is water piling up at a corner of the house in the backyard from rain. The construction fence has not been removed yet. I have tried to contact the builder by phone with no reply. Then I email him with my concerns and he says it’s better to talk by email. I don’t always get a reply back by email of what’s going on. Communication is not good. This house was brought less than 1 year ago.
