Do not enter this park it is not safe!!!! I work with a nonprofit organization who helps low income families with Christmas gifts and meals called Santa Delivers. We had a volunteer driver drop off a load of presents to a resident and the landlord started harassing her videoing her telling her she's doing illegal activities here when all she was trying to do was give a family a very merry Christmas. This was very unprofessional on their end and we want the word to get out. We've also been notified they refuse to fix issues that tenants have in their homes. I do not recommend anyone rent from this person & if you do reside here to report them to the BBB.
