Its Certainly Disappointing to know that There are Individuals who Want those around them to Be as Miserable as She Is ,,,!!! After attempting to explain That I was Under Contract ,,It Doesn't Matter what hour I show up as Long as My Deadline For Completion is Met ,,But Clearly They Didn't want to Pay the Completed amount,,Thats Why He wanted to purchase His Own sealer ,, But I'm Proud to say that their Unfortunate Mess ,,Is 47 Jobs Of Fantastic quality and Really Satisfied customers with Positive thoughts and Will always hold Them in the highest Regards for any Maintenance Issues Which They Might Experience,,,

We hired Paul to do tuck point after 2 days we told him to take his stuff & leave. He would tell us he was coming at 9am than didn’t show up till 11 or after then took a 3 or 4 hr lunch break. When he did do any work he did very sloppy bad work. He patched a area with caulk, instead of mortar it stands out not even the right color than he power washed brick the acid wash he just splashed on out of the container extremely sloppy. He broke off a vent than told us he would have to fix it from the inside of the house, which we knew better. He told my husband he would need to get the sealer because they wouldn’t let him in that business anymore. I could go on & on. I have never wrote a bad review on anyone before but this guy is so bad I don’t want anyone to go through what we did. Also I wouldn’t give him 1 star but 0 wasn’t a option

Paul Henke walked away from a signed contract after a few hours of work, leaving holes where he removed bricks from the exterior walls which exposed my house to weather damage. Refused to come back and fill the holes until he gets additional payment and a signed waiver of liability for the problem he created due to his negligence. He refuses to refund his advance. Paul stole purchased bricks that were on my property when no one was home. Gave one star because zero is not an option.
