Hello friends! Silas was founded in 1979. It has been a local and island guest favorite ever since! Known for our award winning food, fun atmosphere, and great staff it's definitively a must see, try, and come back place. We offer outside seating under our Tiki, a full bar, amazing water view dining inside and we also have 4 dining areas that can accommodate up to parties of 40.We also have a banquet hall that accommodates parties ranging from weddings, birthdays, receptions, and special occasions! Our hours of opperation are: Mon-Thurs 11:30-10:00pm Fri- Sat 11:30- 11:00pm Sun 11:30- 10:00pm Silas original design was inspired by Rob Stambough, one only remaining partner of the original owners. Rob doesn't do it alone though.. Along his side is his amazing partner and wife Debbie Stambau
