BEWARE - This company uses deceptive business practices in that they tell you the fuel is part of the rental price at the time of the rental, but then they charge your credit card after the fact. To make it worse, they only give you 2/3 of a tank and then charge you for refilling the full tank. The pontoon boat we rented was a little beat up, but we were ok with that. However, once on the river, we could not go past half throttle because the vibration was so bad!! We had planned to travel up and down the river, but could not do so at the slow speed the boat drove at. The customer service to resolve problems is non-existent if you speak to the main guy answering calls (Erik?). I would suggest renting elsewhere - high probability of problems here!
