Amadeus came to service the AC for my tenants. I paid $1600 for the replacement of a whole list of parts. A few months later the AC broke down again. I called to report the problem, Amadeus would not call me back. After about 15 calls over a couple of months, I gave up. I finally called a new company who told me that none of the parts that Amadeus had claimed to replace were changed. The fan, all parts that were listed on my bill were the original. Criminal.
