Contacted BL via phone re: a survey, a quote and an appointment. Went HORRIBLE. Failed to provide a quote; failed to schedule an appointment; did survey without me being there. When I expressed my displeasure, he sent me a text: gfy.
I said I would put in this review. He then laughed and said, "what does that mean?" Think we all know. Although he really may be just 12 years old.
Run away from BL SURVEY AND ARBORIST LLC.
