Horrible. Works for property owners, but advocates for tenants or himself. Let's financial issues get out of control and sticks owners with cost when tenants walk away. One man show, so is always late on paperwork. Lots of errors that owners have to catch and have corrected. Moved our 15 houses to a new company and could not be happier. Save yourself the grief and stay away!!!!!

attempted to take my deposit, ended up settling before we went to the judge go figure and deposit was returned. curtis and the man who hired him attempted to keep my room mates and I's deposit because we did not " inform him in a timely manner' of a leak in the ceiling of the second floor where we were renting, not only was curtis notified many times of this he and the landlord had knowledge of pervious leaks in the roof which at one time earlier in the lease they conveyed to me as being a problem that was supposedly fixed in the past. on another occasion one of the sinks was leaking underneath in to the cabinet where there was black mold, i notified curtis about this and he said these types of things are usually the tenants responsibility. they went even as far as to damage property after the house was vacated at the end of the lease so that they could charge us for the damages and they could get new amenities in the home on my dollar. . regards, a very well prepared past tenant

Terrible property manager. Withholds information from owners about the management of the property, makes side deals with tenants to the detriment of the owners then tries to make owners responsible for his bad financial decisions. Doesn't tell the truth.
