In 2004 two local businessmen re-opened the restaurant and returned to the traditions that were so successful. Demonstrating the thrill of the return of Harrigan's their ribbon-cutting was covered across the local media.In 2006 Harrigans re-opened its doors to Odessa Texas with an extremely warm welcoming.
