These people have a manager that is completely disrespectful. The rental was disgusting and dirty and never multiple things broken. I asked the manager to get it fixed and she went off on me and told me to buy the parts to fix it. Broken stove top and lights and broken closet doors and things like that. The grass wasn't cut and you can tell that the flowerbeds have been overgrown for years when we moved in and now they are trying to tell us that we have to do all of the landscaping including seeding the grass pulling all the weeds and putting mulch in the flowerbeds and planting flowers. We cut the grass but I'm not spending money on landscaping that didn't exist when we moved in. I don't know about this company as a whole but Kim Berling that works there is a lunatic. A complete lunatic.
