I have purchased cheese from Meadow Valley Farm for years and had it shipped to my home because it is absolutely the BEST raw grass fed cheese I have found anywhere. It is very easy to purchase with a phone call. Samuel Soltzfus, the farm owner, makes sure it is packed and shipped so it arrives to my home in Florida with the least number of shipping days so the cheese is wonderfully fresh without outrageous overnight fees. I get the mid size cuts as they are lower cost per lb than the smaller packages, of Gouda, Havarti, Colby, Cheddar and sometimes Swiss.
