There was a mix-up with some of the business listing sites, my father and the president and founder of this company had similar names, and was causing the wrong contact info to appear on their listings. We were at first very confused why we were getting so many calls from Spanish speakers, until someone called recently and asked if we were a tax company, I then asked what number they dialed and after that I decided to call the companies number (which is now correctly listed) via their site. I got a receptionist who was very helpful and friendly and he put me on the line with the president/founder of the company who was very helpful in working with me to clear up the issue. If you see reviews about this company neglecting to answer the phone, and having poor customer service most likely this is the cause, as these people were most likely calling us and not this company, also they were very quick to address the issue once it was presented. Hopefully this will clear up any misleading mixed reviews.
