The United States Movers Association (USMA) is a national trade association that represents carriers and agents in the household goods moving industry that have agreed to uphold the highest standards of customer service. USMA’s goal is to help our members and the interstate, local and international moving industry to assist the customers they serve. Our most important service is administering the required Department of Transportation's Arbitration program for our member companies. USMA represents moving companies and their subsidiaries, including interstate moving and storage companies, local movers and international movers.
