Rivas-Cavazos Entertainment Media Co. (RCEMCO) fue fundada en el 2008 por dos jovenes emprendedores: Josue R. Rivas y Emmanuel Cavazos. Mientras que Rivas residente en EUA, viene del campo del periodismo y las promociones, Cavazos residente en Puerto Rico, viene del mundo de los negocios. Ambos apasionados por el arte y la musica, se dieron cuenta de la perfecta mancuerna que formaban dentro de una industria tan competitiva como la del entretenimiento.
