I used to live on Emily lane Downey CA and I had a bad experience with 2 fat nasty cochi locas named SANDRA FIERRO AND KARINA REYES I put in several maintenance repair orders to get a toilet leak fixed and they just told me to just keep mopping up the floor every day they are very unprofessional as well as unnecessarily sarcastic... I reported them to the health department and filed a complaint to the owner MAKRAM MORCOS and they refused to accommodate me and served me a 30 day notice to move which I did I have litigation going on right now.... The owner MAKRAM MORCOS is a straight up slum lord millionaire that has multiple properties that are pretty much outdated ghettos....

Bad experience, on 10/2 @11:30am Karina showed me second floor apt. two bedroom. She showed it to me, just to see how was going to look the first floor apt, once they fixed it complete. My nephew forgot his 3DS games inside the closet. As a matter of fact, that two bed apt was rented, meaning she will not show it to anybody else. My Nephew realized that he forgot his games until we got home. So, I called Karina and said that nothing was there. If she wants to keep them, that fine. I will never recommend your rental apartments to anybody, due to the dishonesty from your staff
