Corrective action required: Constructive criticism I sent an email to your group on Monday, 2/15/16, last week without any response back. At that time my husband was very sick. He started to feel bad while still at the resort but not to the extreme that his is now. Finally after a week of pain and cramps, many tests, plus missing work he was diagnosed with E COLI. The only place he could have contracted that was at the resort. We did not leave the compound so we know it came from your resort. At this moment without your response to our previous email and the health issue my husband has contracted. We are debating on contacting our attorney to get him involved with the E Coli problem my husband has contracted. Between the doctor bills, hospital bills, and loss of work we feel it is necessary to to inform you of our possible next steps. If you want any farther evidence of his affliction please contact us. With Secrets Playa Bonita Panama a new resort we also sent an email for possible improvements from the experiences we had again constructive criticisms and compliments. I went to the Dominican republic with cheap Caribbean. Unfortunately, hurricane Matthew hit while we were there . We were unable to swim in the water because there was a red flag every day . The red flag is no swimming for our own safety. The lifeguards rightfully wouldn't let us in . We went to the Dominican to swim , snorkel , and go to paradise island . We did none of those . I emailed cheapcaribbean while I was there and Shana told me that the hurricane did not effect our trip . I called when I got back n cheapcaribbean offered us $100 in sun dollars to spend on any trip with cheapcaribbean. I spoke to Melanie who told me that she was not in charge of Mother Nature n for me to "read the fine print ." 100 sun dollars is less than 1:10 of what I paid . I don't expect a free vacation. I think that cheapcaribbean can do what celebrity did n give us 1/2 off . Celebrity actually gave 1/2 off and $250 on board credit . I'm not looking to hold you hostage but I'd like to go back n i don't appreciate Melanie's rudeness . She laughed n gave me places to give Bad reviews
