Totally Dishonest, unprofessional, and inexperienced Simple Drain Repair, Inc (SDRI) responsibilities: -Execution and supervision of repair work of the sewer drain in compliance with all state/county/city applicable code and regulations. -SDRI understands that it will do all diagnostic work required for the sewer repair. -SDRI understands that Owner has limited information as provided by third parties or no information about the sewer line and SDRI will use its resources, tools and technologies to accomplish the repair work in a professional manner. -SDRI will provide all material and workmanship in conformity with the plan and further warrants that it will be solely responsible for the quality of repairs with 5 years warranty on it. Owner Responsibilities: Pay SDRI a total and maximum sum of $8,500/- (Additional cost @ $100 per foot of installed liner if so required from access point to the main sewer) payable on completion of work. -Putting temporary barricades and signs at work site as required. Knowing that sewer drain is about 12-13 feet deep at the repair point, SDRI rented a 35D excavator which is meant upto 8 feet deep excavation. They stretched it upto 10 feet but that was not enough to reach the sewer drain. Instead of renting a larger excavator, SDRI abondoned the project and run away leaving behind a dangerously unsafe deep hole near the naked foundation with no safety sign, barricade and dirt spread around all over the municipality street and the property.
