In 5 sessions with Amy I have felt such incredible change in my life over a 2 month period. I came to her broken and hurt by emotional triggers from my past and have learned how to deal more comfortably with the narcissists in my life. She has also helped me through "meditation hypnosis" to begin changing my thinking from "negative self talk" to a more "positive" person. I have also learned how to be in social settings without all the "social anxiety," so when I do begin socializing again I will feel more relaxed in this environment. Mindful meditation through Amy's "personalized hypnosis" has been a lifesaver during the pandemic. I not only correct my thinking during the day, as I hear myself say something I feel is the is the "old me," and rather think of a more positive, thoughtful "word" or "action" in it's place. I feel this will help me with all relationships. I had been doing "cognitive therapy" for a year before seeing Amy and within 5 sessions I feel so much better. I am currently working on a meditation for "eating healthier" and "working out." What a relief!! I find when I do the meditations twice a day they are more effective and I see better benefits. It is best when a person is receptive and learns the breathing techniques when doing the hypnosis meditations as it REALLY does work!! I will continue to see Amy as I feel a need arise in the future. I would recommend her to anyone who needs to work through any issues in their life.
