Mr Lacombe was hired as a sub contractor by Brashears Contracting for our concrete work on our patio. We had to file, and won, a complaint with the CA State Licensing Board, CSLB.ca.gov, citation number 2 2020 1586 found under Brad Brashears, against Mr Brashears because of Mr Lacombe's extremely sub par work. We unable to file against Mr Lacombe directly per State regulations even though he did ALL of the work. Be extremely wary when hiring this person. He rushed through the entire project and when we questioned his mistakes, he said it was OUR fault. He literally took our money and ran. He refused to fix his mistakes as mandated by law. If we could have held him personally responsible, we would have. He has absolutely no business ethics whatsoever.
