My family and I are from Virginia and were recently on vacation in Florida when our 2003 Suburban broke down. We have vacationed in Florida many years driving this vehicle and have never had any issues. Unfortunately this happened only two days after we arrived but luckily we were connected with Mark from Logitech Vehicle Repair. We had no idea how bad things were with our vehicle (major rust that started breaking off was clogging and interfering with making things work) but Mark and his staff worked very hard trying to help us through this frustrating situation. They were very calming and encouraging and even assisted us in getting a reasonable rental car. My family and I decided to take the rental car back home and arranged for our vehicle to be transported back to Virginia. Mark and his team worked very hard on our vehicle and it arrived back to Virginia running nicely. I'm glad that we were connected with a service that cares about their customers. Thanks so much!
