We hired him to make and install cabinets for our new home. He and his wife asked us to pay 90% upfront in January 2019. Here we are 14 months later and only half of our cabinets have been made and installed. The last 14 months are filled with broken promises and demands for more money. He still hasn't put any of the doors on either, which caused us to fail our final plumbing inspection (our county requires doors on cabinets under sinks). When we did a surprise inventory inspection of the materials that we purchased and left at his shop in March 2020, we discovered that he had used a bunch of our materials for a different customers job.
