I lived in this building and received services from EDL for 3 years. The structure looks great, there is black mold riddled throughout the building. I have a photo journal to prove it. These people are crooks. If you just go with anything that they say or do, you're good. If you expect them to follow the rules just like you are expected to, they will single you out and ruin you. They are deeply rooted, and well connected. Stay away from these people. You don't have to take my word for it. I hope you don't find out for yourself. Please believe me. I only checked a star because I had to to post this
