I made an appointment with Cronk’s to have someone come out to my home between 9 AM and 10 AM to repair an exterior door that was sticking. I had to take a half day off of work but it needed to get done. After no one had shown up by 10:15 AM, I called to see why they were late. The person that they were sending was on another job site but they would have him call me.... nobody called. I called back at Noon and they said that he should be out sometime in the afternoon. He didn't show up until almost 5 which caused me to miss an entire day of work. He made a quick repair and said that it should be all set but if I have any more problems to let them know and he would come back out. I contacted them 2 days later to let them know that it was better but not quite fixed and then again 2 days after that. It has now been a week and it still isn't fixed. I have been told that they get right back with me but no one does. I am going to end up fixing it myself or paying someone that can actually finish the job. UPDATE: He has since threatened to sue me over my bad reviews because he says that he is not responsible for bad work done by his sub-contractor. He claims that he had nothing to do with the transaction even though I had phone and text records which prove otherwise.
