Buyer beware. Every component of my Quickloadz trailer has failed and it has spent more time going through repairs or waiting on responsiveness from the manufacturer to correct the issues than functioning as advertised. After 2 years of issues, I was told I would receive a different trailer and that the company would take mine back to troubleshoot. This was never done. When I finally sought council to attempt to get resolve once and for all, the company completely refused to honor warranty issues and refused to make right on the lemon they sold me. Absolutely the most regrettable purchase my company has ever made. 11-29-18 Update- I noticed Quickloadz commented on my original post. First, my company is not out of business. This can be easily checked. But yes, the ability for my company to move containers in-house is not an option anymore- and I own a Quickloadz trailer. I was very willing to let them take the trailer to fix it for me, yet they wanted me to do so at my own time and expense, which I can not imagine most people would be willing to do if they had already had so many time consuming and costly issues. They did not stay after dark when they delivered it, and it was when my associate and I tried to operate the trailer for the first time solo, after Sean and Justin left, in the same evening of the delivery, that the chain was not pulling up the trailer.
