Neglectful lying SLUMLORDS @ it’s worst only 1 maintenance man for all their properties; nothing ever gets fixed they are only working as agents leasing properties for the actual owners *** who probably never**** check to see how Ms. Tammy and Andre are letting their properties deteriorate VERY SAD Mold & Mildew EVERYWHERE I got pictures and contradicting statements to show Needless to say you can go months without paying rent and she can’t pinpoint who doesn’t pay; they require you to put your address on the receipt then text her a picture THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS ACTUALLY THE OWNER
