"On Time Repair", owned and ran by CHRISTIAN CHEVERE . I will NEVER use this company again. I tried googling this company for more information and didn't find much. Now I know why.
Dish service has certified Samsung people all over the United States to work on their appliances. I highly recommend them and
will request the Dish Service next time I have an issue with my Samsung appliances.
On with my story:
We had our Samsung oven for about 3 months working fine. One day we were using it and heard a loud sound and saw smoke coming out the back. Long story short, one of the leads on the pig tail had got bent and was weak and had been causing an arc. It finally broke in half causing the issue.
When On Time Repair came out they assessed the issue and called Samsung. We were told it was an installation issue and that it was not covered under warranty. We were given a price of around $100 that included the part.
I was okay with that. So I told him to order the part. This was a week before Thanksgiving. Two weeks went by and a couple messages. I finally messaged him the third week that I was going to bring in another service company. He said the part was in and that his office would be contacting me to setup a service call.
It was over a month and his communication just sucked. Finally I called and left a message that he needed to call me back and let me know what was going on. I have never heard back from him since and I will NEVER EVER use this company again.
I called Samsung and expressed my disappointment with this service company. Within a week Samsung sent out Dish Service to take care of the issue. They were very professional, kept me in the loop with what was going on and there communication was great. They also didn't charge me for anything.
I will definitely recommend them to other people.
