Stimax Construction was hired as General Contractor and Framing Contractor for our new home in Apple Valley.
Walt Stimax committed many early errors with the foundation, inventory, materials, reading plans, framing and scheduling. Stimax was quick to blame others and would not take on responsibility for errors.
On May 23, 2020, we removed Walt Stimax from his role as general contractor and framing contractor due to incompetency and unacceptable behavior.
We have filed complaints with CSLB (NA 2019014231), BBB (14236506) and the Town of Apple Valley.
