Watertight Remodeling isn’t just the contractor team you feel did the job right, they’re that team you can’t believe you had the good luck of finding – the team that those testimonial commercials for large companies are made about. Not only did they offer me the best price for the job, but the best coverage of their work and the best advice and education to what my needs truly were. When asked to handle additional structural repairs, they did so with ease and expertise and barely any additional costs, all while efficiently making little additions for vast improvement (such as adding more vents to the eave) and even paint touch ups so my entire façade looked like new around the house. Every area that had been a concern around our gutters was also retrofitted to provide a better seal. They even worked merrily through a downpour and still managed to keep my roof watertight through it all. All the while, the sincerity and honesty of Jay LeFevere was always at the surface in every step he made, from the initial bid through the completion of the project. They were the only contractor not to suggest filing a claim to have my Insurance cover the cost of their business (and they came in with a much more manageable bid anyway), so when I finally asked Jay his opinion on the matter due to our roof damage, he was behind it but not dependent on it, and made the contract as detailed as possible should we choose to file the claim.
