Inspector did sewer camera test on my current property, left their tools at my house, and did not even put the clean out cap back on. There is now a complete blockage in my drain that has never had any problems before — and they called it a coincidence. I missed a vacation because of overflowing drains, and I need to pay $200 for a plumber at my expense for an issue I didn’t create. I’m out a lot of money for a company I didn’t even choose. Terrible accountability! Slow responses.
