Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Tayman Landscaping (AKA: Tayman Landscaping LLC, Tayman Lawn & Landscaping LLC, Annapolis Landscapers)

My experience with Tayman Landscaping was extremely disappointing, and I regret choosing them for my landscaping project. Not only did they fail to deliver on their promises, but their lack of professionalism and accountability left me frustrated and out of pocket.
During the project, a tree that was being removed by Tayman Landscaping fell directly onto my fence, causing significant damage. They acknowledged their mistake and agreed to fix the fence. However, that was where their cooperation ended. Despite multiple attempts to schedule a repair, Tayman Landscaping never showed up as promised. This lack of communication and failure to fulfill their commitment was highly unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers.
Frustrated with the lack of response, I decided to take matters into my own hands and hired another company to fix the damage. I promptly informed Tayman Landscaping about the expenses incurred and offered to provide them with the bill, which they initially agreed to reimburse immediately. However, three weeks have passed, and I have yet to receive any reimbursement from them.
The complete disregard for their responsibilities and the delay in reimbursing the amount I paid demonstrates a lack of integrity and customer service on the part of Tayman Landscaping. It is unacceptable to make promises that they have no intention of keeping and to leave customers waiting for a resolution.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Tayman Landscaping to anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy landscaping services. Their negligence, poor communication, and failure to follow through on commitments have left me feeling frustrated, unsatisfied, and out of pocket.
