We own a small General Engineering business in Northern California. We rent the majority of our equipment because it is so expensive to own. We recently were referred to PCI from a local friend in the construction field. Our rental manager Adam was awesome! His industry knowledge vastly exceeded most of the other rental reps we have dealt with in the industry. He was very professional and prompt on returning phone calls. Pacific Coast Irons fleet of equipment was exceptionally well maintained. This probably was our luck but almost every unit we rented from them was almost new! Their service technicians were also really easy to deal with. The office staff was pleasant and professional. All of the employees really seem to enjoy working there. They even dealt with our stupid questions like “How do I switch the controls”? lol I'd much rather give my business to a smaller company that gives top notch service over a huge corporation any day!

I called Pacific Coast Iron and had Cecil the service manager assist me after being told about him through a friend. He is overall very knowledgeable and hospitable, Cecil was able to help me understand which machine was needed for the job I was wanting to do. Overall I would reccomend PCI if you are looking to rent or purchase equipment I was very pleased with how everything went.

My Husband just got his contractors license and got tired of spending a ton of money on rentals. I found Pacific Coast Iron on Craigslist. I called and immediately got through to Adam in sales. I picked his brain on possible financing options, different models, attachments, etc. He had a straight answer for everything. The greatest part is he didn't try to get me to spend more money on something we didn't need. I ended up deciding on a Deere skid steer. PCI went through and serviced everything and delivered the unit for free. I had a bunch more questions even after the sale and adam always got back to me right away. I was blown away the level of professionalism and customer service. We will continue to come back to pacific coast iron for all of our equipment needs!

I just want to leave a review for PCI because quite honestly working with them is like working with a extension of my own team. I own a fairly large commercial dairy farm and while we have our own equipment we don't have it all. That's where PCI comes in. No matter what time of day it is, someone always gets back with me in a timely manner. PCIs team is exceptional and actually care about their customers. I also would like to mention their service manager in particular, Cecil is great! Anytime a rental goes down he has a tech out that same day. Rental support is huge in our agricultural operation. So if you are renting or buying any equipment PCI is the place for quality equipment and service.
