Me and my husband needed to rent some equipment that we did not own, and after contacting multiple companies our choice ended up being PCI. I'll have to say we both were highly satisfied with the entire process, Adam helped us through everystep and we got what we needed at a great price.

We own a small General Engineering business in Northern California. We rent the majority of our equipment because it is so expensive to own. We recently were referred to PCI from a local friend in the construction field. Our rental manager Adam was awesome! His industry knowledge vastly exceeded most of the other rental reps we have dealt with in the industry. He was very professional and prompt on returning phone calls. Pacific Coast Irons fleet of equipment was exceptionally well maintained. This probably was our luck but almost every unit we rented from them was almost new! Their service technicians were also really easy to deal with. The office staff was pleasant and professional. All of the employees really seem to enjoy working there. They even dealt with our stupid questions like “How do I switch the controls”? lol I'd much rather give my business to a smaller company that gives top notch service over a huge corporation any day!

I called Pacific Coast Iron and had Cecil the service manager assist me after being told about him through a friend. He is overall very knowledgeable and hospitable, Cecil was able to help me understand which machine was needed for the job I was wanting to do. Overall I would reccomend PCI if you are looking to rent or purchase equipment I was very pleased with how everything went.
