This company lacks organization. They almost doubled their community fees in the 3 years I have lived here. They do not serve the community well. They also send lawyers against you (that they pay for with your money!). They barnacle your car parked in front of your own garage and you have to pay over $300 to remove the barnacle from your windshield. Board members , to include the current president of the board park their cars in front of their garages with no consequence. When CID gets quote s from contractors, they do not do their due diligence and get enough quotes which is detrimental to the community finances. THey charge extra admin fees to send out correspondence to homeowners even when those homeowners have elected email correspondence. When homeowners attend zoom meetings, they sensor homeowners by shutting off their video as well as the chat feature. I personally got injured in the jacuzzi from their lack of maintenance. Security is non existent and homeless people make their way into the jacuzzi for a bath. They reject ideas for solar and other ideas which are economically efficient for the community.

We live in the Mandalay Beach area on Kelp Ln. And with the rain, is for sure have flooding in our patio which is in between our garage and unit. The Sub-pump that pumps the water out to the street stops working every year and the HOA would send someone to come service the pumps on the area, which last year they finally replaced because according to the maintenance guy who came to service it, they had been doing a "mickey mouse" job, and the pump apparently was a very old model so he went ahead and replace it.Took him 5hrs to do the job but did an awesome job... Unfortunately today the same thing happened. I woke up and the sub pump wasn't working therefore, the patio was flooded. The water had got into the garage and was also flooded, again! I called CID Management Solutions since they took over our HOA. According to Crystal, whom I spoke to, they didn't have anybody available to come. And after she consulted with the board, now we are responsible for the maintenance of the pump. Really? After all these years they have been servicing it? Also, they hadn't heard anything about any problems or issues with the pumps. Well, they took over in July, and it just started raining? In addition, they don't have a list of things that are covered because "it hasn't been drawn and it has to be done by an Attorney". Very convenient as by not having one they can decide what and what not to cover regardless. So if you don't have your escrow paperwork, because it got damaged through flooding
