Where do I start... I first met the Data Tech team doing an online research for vendors to provide quotes for data cabling, server room cleanup and to have a go to company for these types of tasks. I met with 4 vendors, Data Tech was not the lowest bid, but meeting the team and seeing the passion in their presentation; made me go with them. Not only were they genuine, but did not come off like other data vendors/contractors who o my care about the bottom line and racking up the price tag. They listened to our needs and did not try to up sell us on things we didn’t need. Which to me was a big plus. The team came out and did an assessment and when the project was said and done, the final quote was lower than the bid. Due to actual work that it took to complete the job. Any other company would have charged exactly what was on the bid and won’t be honest enough to say, we bid this, but the actual work was less than anticipated and we will adjust the final bill accordingly to reflect this. That won me over. The second major project with this group was the same experience. The work was done perfectly and on time as promised. Communication was always open, to the point where I didn’t have to worry and gave me the opportunity to continue my everyday tasks. There was no micro management on my part or hovering over the team. They came in and did exactly what needed to be done. I had some additional things needed like fiber work and they took care of that need as well. I would recommend them for any work needed!!
