I have been to this urgent care plenty of times but today was the worst ..I was refused to be seen by the doctor by the manager and the front desk person..I had insurance just didnt have my copay at the time and asked if I could just bring it back the following day the manager who never came to the front said no..I have never been turned away from a dr office in my life when I needed to be seen ..she had the audacity to tell me to go to a government hospital like I was just a piece of garbage ..I will never ever return to this urgent care again and definitely wouldn't recommend it either..Dr. Okonta needs to definitely look into this very disappointing. I will in the future if need be go to City M.D ..
