Ordered a set of 4 books from your Ebay store. The delivery window was 12/28 - 1/05 which was less that optimal considering the books were a Christmas gift for my 14 year old granddaughter but, I compromised. I wasn't provided the ability to insure the order nor was I provided tracking information. The package was apparently delivered on 12/24, I wasn't expected it on that date and I never received it. Following the proper procedure via Ebay instructions, I had no recourse so I emailed Ellenwood directly to ask if there was any way your business would replace the missing 3 books or refund the purchase price. I received the rudest email from your company that I have ever received in my life! Whomever wrote the email has no business communicating with the public on behalf of your business!
