ABSOLUTE GARBAGE COMPANY!! i was billed for what my surgeon told me would be covered under insurance yet received the bill over a month later. i never used or opened the product yet they say no returns after 14 days. when i called i was hung up on purposely twice. when asked to talk to a manager on call 3 they simply said no after calls 5 and 6 i did talk to someone that simply said you can pay the bill or we can send it to collections( remind you this was still day one of receiving the bill) call 7 a different manager gave me a email to send my concern to. they also stated i should get a reply within the hour. well its been over 48 hours and i have sent 5 emails. I'm not even going to mention how bad the product looked , sealed in the bag or how i could barley understand what any of the 9 people i talked to where saying. lets just say English was not there primary language. or how the bill that came looked like junk mail ( If i didn't see my doctors name on it i would have thrown it away) if i could give negative stars i would. total joke of a company they need to be shut down.
