First, and most important, the level of respect they display towards individuals is absolutely top tier. No matter the business relationship, whether it’s employees, contractors, or vendors, everyone is shown the utmost respect. As a contractor for M&P, I feel they do the absolute best in treating everyone fairly and displaying as much transparency as possible. I never have to question my pay, work, or value to the company. They truly understand the definition of symbiotic relationship and know that every cog in the gear is as important as the next.
