HSI’s low-loss, low-capacitance, phase-stable, coaxial interconnect solutions are available in a variety of cable constructions, which include circular and micro coaxial connector terminations down to 0.3 mm pitch; and fine wire, direct-to-board terminations down to 0.175 mm. HSI’s custom coaxial cable assemblies range from 16 to 52 AWG and are available in a variety of configurations such as; single coax, twinax, triax, quadax, shielded parallel pairs, shielded twisted pairs, differential pairs, and other multi-conductor solutions. HSI’s coaxial cables are processed using solid, foamed, and expanded PTFE (VP90) dielectrics — offering cable assemblies in discrete, ribbonized, or multiconductor (bundled) constructions. HSI's certifications are extensive, and include AS9100 revision C, ISO9001, IPC 610/620, ITAR Registration, and multiple MIL Spec compliances. HSI is a partner to several high-performance connector manufacturers, and is factory certified in North America to properly terminate to Hirose, IPEX, and JAE micro coaxial connectors.
