Dr. Shirazi started his journey to aid his community by earning his DDS degree in May of 2000 from Howard University College of Dentistry, in Washington D.C., after growing up in Woodland Hills, CA. As soon as he graduated, he continued his studies in Oriental Medicine, earning a Masters degree from Samra University. He is a California State Board Licensed Dentist and Acupuncturist. In 2007 he received the prestigious Fellowship Award from the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain, an organization dedicated in the diagnosis and treatment of Craniofacial pain and Sleep Breathing Disorders. He has completed over 1000 hours of continuing education in TMD and facial pain, craniomandibular orthopedics, and sleep disordered breathing, and lectures on those very subjects.
