I would NEVER recommend Danielle at this salon. I feel awful writing such a bad review because the salon itself is not bad but I would rather shave my head then go to her again and I would never want someone else to cry all the way home and look in the mirror and feel the way I did after she did my hair. It was burnt so badly to the point that its still falling out when I wash it. It's orange instead of blonde. Not only that but she is extremely rude and unprofessional. She rolled her eyes at her Co workers and said rude comments under her breathe. She took double the time it should have taken. I am not the type to write a poor review but I was so upset by this. She didn't seem to have any remorse about the situation or anything. She seemed more mad about the fact that she wasn't going to get a tip than the fact that I left crying...and had to cut all of my hair off because it was so damaged. Please beware...if anything, just go to another stylist at this establishment and good luck!!

I have been going to Heather for 6 years she is NEVER EVER ruse to a customer and makes sure they are satisfied she will stay late or come early to help fit your needs your needs. i experience that each time i go i am her last customer because too many people give me anxiety, so she fixes it I would give her a 5 star recommendation her salon is clean and neat always and will always get heather there is no other stylist anymore.. heather is not the type to worry about a tip or talk behind a customers back. those who go there are not just customers to her there friends.
