8/20/20 Frank Riess came to my house in Holiday City and asked me if I wanted him to clean my guttters. He did a good job and then told me I needed a chimney cap and the vents on my crawl space needed to be replaced. He said he could put gutter guards on my house and wrote up a contract for the work. He came back and installed the chimney cap and replaced the vents on my crawl space and did a good job. He asked me for more money to purchase the gutter guards. I gave him the money on 7/30/20 and he said he would be to my house the next day to install the guards. I keep calling Frank as he never showed. Finally I got a hold of him on 8/17/20 and he said lowes did not have the guards. When I called Lowes they said they do not sell gutter guards and have knock of ones in stock. I called Frank back and he said he was going there that day and would call me. I have not heard from Frank since. He has been giving 1000.00 dollars so far. BUYER BEWARE as I believe I have been scammed.

Frank Riess replaced my roof did a rip off and wood repair and new shingles, finished job in two days and did a great job, would definitely hire again does great work.
