Plant City Farm Market Where 708 W. Sam Allen Rd, Plant City , FL Hours Mon-Sun (6AM-2PM) This market is not to be confused with the Fla. State Market that is uptown. This market is north of I-4 on Paul Bauchman Hwy. There is certainly nothing fancy here, but I have never in my life seen as much produce in one place as at this Farm & Flea Market. Much of the produce is picked & gathered by the vendors that sell there. I am told that 50 to 100 semi truck load of produce a week are brought into the market. Most of the vendors are gone by noon time. I talked to some of the buyers that were there in trucks of all sized from (pick ups to 10 wheelers). Most of the buyers were from all over Florida and some from out of state. They claim that this is the largest independent market in the south.
