I had the unfortunate opportunity to buy a "Flipped" house from these people. Everything looks good from a walk through but once we moved in we can immediately tell they hired below average subcontractors and everything was done half fast. Just days after moving in we discovered water in the basement coming through the wall. Once dried we can see a dirt mark left by the water, but they said they never had any knowledge of water ever coming in. they said it was up to us to prove. I recommend staying as far away from this "company" as possible as they used the cheapest labor and materials. I would give them 0 out of 5 if possible.
