Horrible builders who lie and cheat their customers. They don't pay their sub contractors and thus, a lien on the property. I would never recommend this builder for this reason. Also, they never return phone calls when there is a problem. have tried to resolve an issue for months and they will not reply to emails, regular mail, or phone calls. If only they would pay their bills and sub contractors instead of lying to everyone, there wouldn't be a problem.
