Nextline Manufacturing, Inc. NextLine integrates 3D printing, traditional manufacturing, and proprietary technology to cover a wide range of production needs, from prototypes and concept models to fully-functioning production parts. We offer the latest additive manufacturing technologies to build industrial-grade products and prototypes in more than 50 metal and plastic materials. By utilizing traditional machining to further customize and enhance 3D printed parts, we offer clients the opportunity to request all-in-one assemblies and also specify object finishes and product features— all of which would not be possible through 3D printing alone. We produce everything in its state-of-the-art facility in Gaithersburg, MD. Typical lead times are 1-4 days for 3D parts and 1-2 weeks for machined parts.
